Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and ensure a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for our guests and/or residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, contributing to a positive and comfortable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderly appearance.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, bathrooms, and shower facilities as required.
- Make beds, change linens, and arrange furniture to ensure rooms and public areas are tidy and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor for resolution.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment with care, ensuring proper maintenance and storage.
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety protocols to create a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist with special projects and deep cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest or resident inquiries and requests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, guests, and residents.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the needs of the operation.
