Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community common areas, model units, and vacant apartments. This role plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and other common areas
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning floors, windows, appliances, and bathrooms
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow company safety and cleaning protocols
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
