About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at Hampton Inn at Blast Off Bay as our Head Housekeeper! In this vital role, you will ensure our guests experience a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.

Create and implement cleaning schedules and inventory management for supplies and equipment.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping promptly.

Collaborate with management to develop and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in all housekeeping activities.

Assist in budgeting and cost control for housekeeping operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions.

Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
