Position Summary
As a Housekeeper, you will help prepare our vacation rental properties for incoming guests. Your work plays a direct role in guest satisfaction and owner confidence. Cleanliness and presentation matter, and we are looking for team members who understand that.
This role requires someone who can work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Professionally clean vacation rental properties according to company standards
Remove and replenish all guest linens and towels
Carry sheets and supplies up and down stairs as needed
Dust, mop, vacuum, sanitize, and scrub all surfaces
Restock guest amenities
Remove trash and debris
Conduct final quality checks before leaving each property
Immediately report maintenance concerns, damage, or missing items
Follow proper property access procedures
Assist with special cleaning projects when requested

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Prior experience cleaning private homes, vacation rentals, or hotels preferred
Valid driver’s license
Reliable personal transportation
Smartphone required
Ability to lift and carry 30 to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently climb stairs
Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
Ability to communicate in English with team members and management
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
