Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces.

• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.

• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages immediately.

• Follow safety and sanitation policies, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.

• Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas.

• Ensure all assigned areas meet company and brand standards.

• Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guest requests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Good time-management and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, repetitive motion).

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
