    Job Summary

    The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation throughout the Lodge and Country Club. This role ensures that guest rooms, common areas, locker rooms, offices, and club facilities are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Housekeepers play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for members and guests by upholding the Club’s commitment to excellence, hospitality, and attention to detail.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Clean and service guest rooms, villas, dining room, The Mill, fitness center, Pool aera. comfort stations, and all common areas according to established standards

    Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels, amenities, and supplies

    Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and floors

    Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture, fixtures, and floors

    Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lounges, locker rooms, restrooms, and meeting spaces

    Empty trash and recycling, and properly dispose of waste

    Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged furnishings to management promptly

    Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items

    Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and according to training

    Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner

    Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations

    Respond courteously and professionally to guest and member requests

    Assist with special cleaning projects, event setup, or deep cleaning as needed

    Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

    Always respect guest privacy and confidentiality

    Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while on duty

    Represent the Lodge and Country Club with integrity and pride

    Qualifications

    Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong attention to detail and time management skills

    Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

    Reliable, punctual, and dependable

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time

    Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30–40 pounds

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Work Schedule

    The facility is open 7 days a week. The scheduled shift is from 8 am – 4 pm. You are required to work weekends and holidays when needed

    Working Conditions

    Indoor work environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals

    Occasional outdoor duties depending on lodging or facility needs
