About the Role:

Join the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Erie team as a Housekeeper, where you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and clean environment for our guests. We're looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.

Restock supplies and amenities in rooms and common areas as needed.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Assist with laundry services, ensuring linens and towels are clean and available.

Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality while providing outstanding service.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations throughout the hotel.

Adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required; we provide training!

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.

Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, such as beds, trash and linen.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Must be able to pass a background check and adhere to hotel policies.
