About the Role:

Continental Hospitality in Silver City, NM is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping team member to help us deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you take pride in a clean, welcoming environment and enjoy making a difference in people's stays, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to brand standards

Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities and supplies

Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout assigned areas

Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management

Respond to guest requests for additional housekeeping services promptly and courteously

Manage housekeeping cart and inventory of cleaning supplies efficiently

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs throughout a shift

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed
