We’re hiring a housekeeping manager to provide excellent sanitation and customer service to our hotel guests. You’ll be responsible for leading the housekeeping staff, ensuring team members perform their job duties to our high standards, and keeping the housekeeping department well-stocked with cleaning supplies. Responsibilities: • Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas • Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies • Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed • Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction • Cleaning rooms alongside your team or laundry may be required • Manage lost and found log and program Qualifications: • Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service • Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment • At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services • This position requires a high school diploma or GED • Over 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similar Compensation: $15 - $15.75 hourly
