Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff members. This position requires excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all guest rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change linens and towels, make beds, and replenish amenities according to company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment in good working condition and ensure proper storage.
- Follow established safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of cleaning supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform manual duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
