About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Furniture Fair in New Bern, NC, as a Housekeeping professional! You'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring our showroom and facilities shine for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of showroom floors, furniture displays, and common areas.

Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.

Ensure restrooms and break rooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Assist in the organization of inventory and merchandise displays.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

Support team members in maintaining overall store cleanliness and organization.

Occasionally assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
