Housekeeping Associate – Genesis Health Clubs (Louisville, KY)

Pay: $13 – $15 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Job Summary:

Genesis Health Clubs is hiring a Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This position is essential in upholding the facility’s standards and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize gym equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas

Sweep, dust, vacuum, and mop assigned facility spaces

Restock towels, soap, tissue, and other supplies

Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of waste areas

Greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude

Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

Support overall facility cleanliness and safety standards

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and positive work ethic

Comfortable engaging with members and staff in a professional manner

Passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Lift up to 35 pounds as needed

Comfortable using cleaning products and tools
