Responsibilities: • • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. • Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned rooms, providing feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff. • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to address any issues or discrepancies promptly. • Maintain accurate records of inspections and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate department. • Assist in training new housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. • Communicate effectively with the front desk and management to ensure guest satisfaction. • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed to maintain efficiency. Qualifications: • • Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related cleaning and supervisory role. • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds on a daily basis. • Attention to Detail: A critical eye for spotting dust, stains, and missed cleaning tasks. • Communication Skills: Strong ability to relay room statuses, performance feedback, and maintenance requests to other departments.
