Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help maintain our high standards across cabins and tiny homes. This role combines inspections, operational support, basic troubleshooting, and guest readiness tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed check-in and cleanliness inspections
Inspect inventory, supplies, and guest-ready presentation
Identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Follow up on guest complaints and detractor issues
Assist with laundry operations as needed
Replace propane tanks, light bulbs, batteries, and reset breakers/devices
Support seasonal setups, deliveries, and operational tasks
Use Breezeway and other software tools effectively
Qualifications
Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic troubleshooting
Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
Familiarity with Sevierville/Gatlinburg area preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $17/hr + mileage reimbursement
30–40 hours per week based on business needs
