Job Summary: Country Inn & Suites in Bensenville is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team! The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable guest rooms and common areas to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

Sanitize and clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and mirrors.

Replace linens and towels according to hotel standards.

Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and ensure they are organized.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the Manager.

Ensure all assigned rooms meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards before guest check-in.

Maintain cleanliness in hallways, common areas, and storage rooms.

Follow safety procedures, including handling chemicals properly.

Assist with laundry duties as needed.

Provide friendly and professional customer service if guests have requests.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
