Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times

Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed

Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service

Assist with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements

Adhere to all health department regulations and food safety guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar culinary role preferred

Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment

Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude

Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification is a plus

Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
