What’s the job? As Housekeeping Manager, you’ll keep all aspects of housekeeping and laundry running smoothly - and ensure high standards are met to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure brand standards are met
Direct the team and follow up to make sure no guest leaves unhappy
Manage the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department
Inspect all cleaned rooms daily to brand standards
Recommend disciplinary or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies
Alert management of potentially serious issues
Ensure all staff are properly trained and compliant
Respond to guest complaints and special requests
Inventory and scheduling
Conduct pre-shift meeting and review all information pertinent to the day’s activities
May assist with other duties as assigned
Frequently standing up and moving about the facility
Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility
THIS POSITION REQUIRES WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike. • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $18–$20/hour ($37,000–$42,000 annually based on full-time schedule)
