    HousekeJOB SUMMARY Creates clean, comfortable, guest-ready rooms by following hotel cleaning procedures, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and delivering consistent quality. CORE SKILLS • Dependability and attention to detail. • Ability to follow a structured cleaning routine. • Respect for guest privacy and hotel property. • Teamwork and time management. • Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Clean and service assigned guest rooms and designated hotel areas. • Make beds and replace sheets, towels, and bathroom supplies. • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean floors, fixtures, glass, and bathrooms. • Remove trash and properly handle used linen. • Restock the housekeeping cart and guest-room supplies. • Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and room-status changes. • Follow chemical labels, Safety Data Sheets, safety rules, and brand standards. • Clean lobby restrooms when assigned and operationally necessary. • Strip linen, terry, and trash when a House Person is unavailable, as assigned. • Perform other duties assigned by management. PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Stand and walk for extended periods. • Climb stairs and use ladders or step stools. • Lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. periodically. • Pull up to 25 lbs. occasionally. • Perform repetitive bending, reaching, pushing, and carrying. • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. • Authorization to work in the United States. • Ability to read labels and follow instructions. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Prior housekeeping experience preferred. • Reliable attendance and transportation. • Willingness to learn and accept additional duties as business needs change.
