Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies promptly to guest rooms and housekeeping staff during the evening shift.
- Respond quickly to ALICE/radio requests and ensure all guest and team needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Restock housekeeping closets and carts to support room attendants and house attendants.
- Collect soiled linen and trash from guest floors and transport to designated areas.
- Maintain service hallways, storage rooms, and closets in clean, organized condition.
- Assist with evening turndown or special guest requests when required.
- Perform sanitation of all guestroom glassware and china.
- Maintain the gym, gym lockers, and gym restrooms clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues, guest concerns, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.
- Uphold all hotel grooming, safety, and service standards.
