We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our housekeeping team as a Shift Lead at our family-owned motel here in Brookings. A current resume must accompany your application.

What you’ll do:

assign daily rooms to housekeepers

strip and check rooms for quality

handle guest stay-overs

occasionally clean rooms and run laundry

walk, carry supplies (up to 30 pounds), and use stairs throughout your shift

turn in tips (trustworthiness is important)

manage inventory

communicate regularly with the office to keep them updated on the status of rooms
