You need to be a proven leader with a track record of supervising teams, resolving customer issues, and providing nothing less than a five-star service experience to all of our hotel guests. Responsibilities: • Ensure that all customers are provided timely attention to their requirements or needs from department staff • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entirety of the customer experience and motivate other members of the staff to do the same • Train newly hired staff members on the hotel's regulations and operating processes • Inspect guest rooms and public space • Create daily housekeeping assignments • Work closely with the Operations Manager and the General Manager Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or GED • Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service • This position requires hospitality or guest services experience Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
