    Join the team at the Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Dunwoody as our Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor leads cleaning teams to ensure top-tier sanitation, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency in hotels or facilities. Key duties include inspecting rooms for quality standards, scheduling staff shifts, managing inventory, and training personnel on safety procedures. They maintain high cleanliness standards and often handle guest complaints. Responsibilities: • Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and work areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards. • Staff Management: Create daily work assignments, prepare staff schedules, and manage staff attendance. • Training & Development: Provide orientation, training, and performance feedback to housekeeping staff. • Inventory Control: Monitor, order, and issue cleaning supplies and equipment. • Guest Service: Address and resolve guest complaints, special requests, and lost-and-found inquiries. • Operational Support: Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security policies, including OSHA guidelines. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience as a housekeeper or, preferably, in a supervisory role within the hospitality or service industry. • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills. • Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation protocols. • Physical Ability: Capability to perform, as well as supervise, heavy cleaning tasks when needed. • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required.
