    The Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor. Assists the executive housekeeper in directing the housekeeping department to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the establishment in accordance with corporate and franchise standards. Responsible for all aspects of the housekeeping function including but not limited to supplies, linen, equipment, work orders, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: • Supervise, train, and assist staff in performing all areas of the housekeeping department • Responds to guests' requests and complaints concerning the housekeeping department • Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms to ensure that quality of work and hotel standards are maintained • Issues supplies/goods to staff at the beginning of a shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available to control cost • Maintains contact with the Front Desk and approves rooms for occupancy and notifies the front desk • Assists the Executive Housekeeper with monthly inventories of guest and housekeeping supplies • Maintains and issues housekeeping keys • Ensures that staff is in adherence to hotel uniform/grooming standards at all times • Performs other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • Extensive knowledge of hotel housekeeping techniques is a must. • Supervisory, lead, or extensive experience • Strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal communication and reasoning skills Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
