The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties: • Room Inspections • Manage and train all staff and New Hires • Flexible Schedule (Available Weekends) Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Qualifications: • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. • Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels. Compensation: $19 an hour
