    Exciting opportunity to join our team at the Hampton Inn as a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor manages daily cleaning operations, inspects guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness standards, and trains staff to ensure high-quality service. They handle staff scheduling, manage cleaning supplies, report maintenance issues, and resolve guest complaints efficiently to maintain a safe, spotless environment. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Responsibilities: • Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. • Staff Management: Schedule, train, mentor, and supervise room attendants and house persons, offering performance feedback and training. • Operations Coordination: Assign daily tasks, manage room assignments for cleaning, and adjust staffing to meet occupancy demands. • Inventory & Supplies: Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; reorder as necessary. • Guest Service: Address guest requests, questions, or complaints immediately to ensure a high level of satisfaction. • Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues (broken equipment, damaged furniture) to engineering promptly. • Safety Compliance: Ensure all staff follow safety and sanitization protocols, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven work experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role within a hotel environment. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety regulations. • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required.
