Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.

Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.

Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.

Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.

Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.

Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.

Must be able to lift and move heavy items as needed.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
