About the Role:

Glacier International Lodge is seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to join our team immediately. The Houseman plays a key role in supporting housekeeping operations by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting room attendants, and helping ensure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms.

Assist with room set-up and breakdown for events and meetings.

Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and common areas.

Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the lodge.

Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
