As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities: • Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards. • Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning and organizational tasks. • Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds. • Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests. • Ensure floors are well-maintained, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Qualifications: • Friendly and service-oriented attitude. • Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks. • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. • No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided. Compensation: $14.25 - $15.25 hourly
