Training & development

The Quality Control team provides support in all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness in all areas of the property. Provides superior guest service, assists with inter-departmental communications, and compliance with cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

· Clean and maintain the appearance of the public areas of the hotel

· Deep clean assigned areas as requested

· Assist Front Desk staff with maintenance of complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events

· Clean and set-up meeting room functions with assistance from Director of Sales

· Restocking housekeeping stations

· Delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk

· Driving shuttle van when needed
