About the Role:

Best Western Redondo Beach Inn is looking for a hardworking and dependable Houseman to join our hospitality team in beautiful Redondo Beach, CA! This is a great opportunity to be a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities:

Support the housekeeping team by delivering linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and service areas

Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from hallways and guest floors

Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and elevators

Assist room attendants with stripping and making beds as needed

Transport housekeeping carts and equipment throughout the property

Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate with housekeeping supervisors

Ensure back-of-house areas and storage rooms are organized and well-stocked

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred but not required

Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality

Basic communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
