Job Description

We are looking for energetic inside sales people who are not afraid of the phone.  You are the set-up call who hands over the deal to close by the outside reps.  In this role, you can grow your book of business (you get paid when customers repeat), as well as call an almost unlimited number of pre-qualified leads.  

HouseMax Funding is one of the fastest growing specialty finance companies in the country.  The company's focus is offering short-term financing to fix-and-flippers (yep, just like on HGTV) who are buying a distressed property, and plan to remodel it to sell 6-12 months later.  These are every day folks we are calling, so the normal "cold call coldness" does not typically apply to your phone call.  

We are excited to bring on two new inside sales reps, and will also present the opportunity for this role to grow and evolve into a higher earning position within the sales department, if so desired.

This position has a base salary with performance-based incentives.
