You'll work closely with housekeeping staff to inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensuring everything meets our brand's cleanliness and safety standards. We're looking for someone who can effortlessly bridge communication between management and staff, promoting a seamless operation. In this role, you’ll help train and support housekeeping attendants, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel. Responsibilities: • • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and inviting, meeting our brand's high standards. • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to inspect rooms and areas, ensuring compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols. • Facilitate effective communication between management and housekeeping staff to promote seamless operations. • Support and train housekeeping attendants, providing them with the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. • Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage. • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any repair needs promptly, ensuring a safe environment for guests and team members. Qualifications: • • Experience: Typically 6 months to 3 years of prior housekeeping, inspecting, or hospitality experience. • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend/stoop, and push/pull loaded housekeeping carts. Must typically be able to lift up to 25-100 lbs, depending on the property's requirements. • Soft Skills: Strong time management, engaging personality, clear communication, and proficiency with hotel management technology. • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts to accommodate hotel operations.
