About the Role
We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality. • Cleans all public areas based on budgeted labor hours available per day determined by the number of rooms sold
• Cleaning includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting hard surfaces, restocking supplies, maintaining the appearance of the public areas and emptying trash • Properly handles, labels, stocks and stores chemicals and cleaning supplies • Provides exceptional guest service by treating all guests with courtesy and a smile whenever encountered and by responding promptly to guests’ questions, complaints, and requests • Provides assistance to other team members to include but not limited to:
Removing dirty linen from guestrooms
Assist in cleaning guestrooms
Delivering guest requests to guestrooms
Stock linen and guest room supplies in storage rooms
Other duties as needed to contribute to a smooth property operation
** Starting wage for this position is $15.00-$17.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**
