Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume What We Are Looking For: • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Prospect for new leads to promote new business by phones sales and cold calling • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Always be appointment ready as our leads are often ready to look at homes right away • Attend team meetings at our Milwaukee office to collaborate with your team Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Technology driven • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have: • Valid WI Real Estate License • Past sales experience is preferred • Strong knowledge and expertise in Real Property and relevant laws and regulations • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent customer service skills, communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly
