    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Housing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential homes serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, well-maintained housing and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a deep commitment to person-centered care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of multiple residential homes.

    • Ensure homes meet all regulatory and licensing requirements (e.g., DBHDS, DMAS, HUD, and local building codes).

    • Monitor safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of all residential properties.

    • Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

    • Support the development and implementation of individualized service and housing plans.

    • Train, supervise, and support direct care staff and residential aids.

    • Respond to housing-related emergencies and incidents in a timely manner.

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and records.

    • Serve as a liaison with property managers, vendors, regulatory bodies, and family members.

    • Participate in audits, quality assurance processes, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

    • Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment for all residents.
