    ABOUT THE POSITION

    Arm In Arm is seeking an experienced professional for the full‑time, non‑exempt position of Housing Stability Services Case Manager. The Case Manager supports Arm In Arm’s mission by providing direct assistance to Mercer County households in need. In this role, the Case Manager works closely with the Director of Housing Stability Services to coordinate daily client services, including eligibility assessments, service delivery, and referral support. The position also contributes to fulfilling funding requirements and fosters collaborative relationships with community partners in Princeton and throughout the greater Mercer County area.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage a case load of 75+ case management services

    Provide direct case management services and conduct client screenings.

    Determine program eligibility and assist clients with required documentation.

    Advocate on behalf of clients with landlords and partner agencies.

    Connect clients to community resources and make appropriate referrals.

    Participate in program-related meetings and collaborative initiatives.

    Offer individualized coaching focused on personal and financial goals.

    Assist clients in accessing community programs and supports.

    Coordinate program meetings, workshops, and related logistics.

    Build and maintain partnerships with local agencies and service providers.

    Collaborate with community partners to promote client stability.

    Deliver community presentations about Arm In Arm’s services.

    Enter and maintain accurate client data and documentation in the case management database(s).

    Prepare required monthly and quarterly program reports.

    Maintain complete and organized case files.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Willingness to work from multiple locations in Mercer County

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge of community resources available in Mercer County

    Experience using EmpowOR is a plus.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or a related field

    5-7+ years of experience working with low-income households and providing case management services

    Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred
