SUMMARY

Houston Exponential is looking for volunteers to help us execute the Houston Tech Rodeo. Our ideal volunteer has some experience with event registration, ability to be assigned tasks on the fly,  and has an interest in the Houston tech ecosystem. You must commit to a certain number of hours from FEBRUARY 29-MARCH 7TH, though your hours can be flexible and can be tailored to your schedule.. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the Houston tech ecosystem. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend scheduled events through Houston Tech Rodeo and provide support to event holders
  • Ex: registration, prep,  setup, tear down, etc.
• Send media content with description to volunteer coordinator to post to social channels
• Assist around the office with administrative and miscellaneous tasks

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
• Reliability
• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency
