Senior Technical Product Manager needed Asap for a well-funded Fintech startup disrupting the Credit & Identity space thru the creation of a massive data marketplace. Based on the West Side of LA, this startup has a significant amount of funding, the founding team has an excellent track record of success in the Fintech space to date and is looking to grow the team aggressively thru the remainder 2019. This is a pre-launch opportunity and chance to get in on the ground floor to disrupt a 100-year-old industry.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Own the Product roadmap for a data driven financial marketplace
- Provide the overall vision for the product roadmap, ensuring customer success every step of the way
- Execute process, vision, and product launches
- Manage a cross-functional team of program, project, and product managers
- Develop new programs and enhance existing products
- Work closely with the Co-Founding team, Engineering, and Business Development teams to improve key performance indicators and meet objectives
- Create requirements/specifications for all new product features and pass along development teams
- Manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch and manage priorities and product implementation schedule
- Ensure all client integration related activities are accomplished, including due diligence, audits & monitoring and technical resolution of key issues
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience
- Experience driving product roadmaps for High-profile / high-traffic products and platforms
- Strong technical, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability executes process, vision and platform launches
- Previous Fintech, Lending, Credit, Fraud or Security experience is a plus
- Previous software development experience is a plus
- Prior exposure to blockchain technology is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work outside of your comfort zone, and embrace the ambiguity of a high-growth startup environment
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Statistics, or similar
- MBA is a Plus
