Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential commercial clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who require top-quality cleaning services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers in the commercial sector.
• Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of HSJ, Inc.'s commercial cleaning and post-construction cleaning services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the cleaning industry.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position HSJ, Inc. as the preferred choice.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry, with experience in both commercial and post-construction cleaning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients in the cleaning sector.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in the cleaning industry.
• Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth business landscape and knowledge of the cleaning services market is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for visiting potential clients in the cleaning industry.
