    Howe Realty is a growing real estate brokerage, located in Peoria, AZ with 20+ agents. We are currently looking for an in-office, full time listing coordinator who can handle a high volume of transactions. The Listing Coordinators responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of listing and marketing a home which includes, preparing listing agreements, ordering signs and photography, entering property details into the MLS, and organize home showings. This position will also manage social media postings, keep track of sales activity and utilize platforms. This candidate has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Responsibilities: • Prepare all listing documentation for the listing agent • Coordinate marketing activities including ordering posts, photography, and property flyers • Communicate with clients regarding listing process and obtain required paperwork • Ensure accurate data entry into the MLS • Write, edit, and update listings to emphasize the homes features and key selling points • Manage ShowingTime, Supra, ShowingSuite, BrokerMint, and Skyslope platforms • Keep organized documents on both computer and email platforms • Consistent communication with all levels of leadership regarding the property • Send out weekly reports to seller • Posts listings on social media platforms • Assists with the planning of Open Houses Qualifications: • Must hold an active real estate license • At least 1 year of Listing Coordinator experience • Knowledge of AAR contracts, disclosures, procedures and practices • Experience with the MLS Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
