A high-end, lighting design firm who has been a trusted leader in the industry for just over 30 years is in search of a Controller to join their high-caliber team. As a boutique firm, the family-friendly culture embraces a work hard, play hard mentality, and celebrates collaboration and diversity. In this hybrid controller/operations role, you'll get the chance to work on a number of different initiatives while serving as a member of the firm's management team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. MS or MBA is a plus; CPA designation preferred.
• An A-player with ideally 10-15 years of experience as a controller/finance officer.
• At least three years' experience out of the architectural engineering/design space, or from a small to medium-sized organization.
• Ability to operate with an owner-mentality, and balance the number crunching with a consultative approach.
