Responsibilities: • Support payroll and benefits processes, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate compensation and benefits • Coordinate recruitment activities by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records to ensure seamless operations and compliance • Provide professional and timely responses to employee inquiries, fostering a supportive work environment • Provide general administrative support to the HR team Qualifications: • Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred Compensation: $19.23 hour
