Responsibilities: • HR Records Management : Maintain and audit employee records, HRIS data, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding activities. • Policy & Compliance Oversight: Assist with policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, and process updates to align with regulations. • Employee Support : Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. • Payroll & Benefits Processing: Assist with payroll functions, benefits enrollment, and updates with a high level of accuracy. • Project & Process Improvement: Lead or support projects focused on streamlining HR operations and improving efficiencies. Qualifications: • Previous experience in an HR administrative role or related field. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Compensation: $47,000 yearly
