If you’re equal parts friendly and focused, this could be your next big move. Responsibilities: What You'll Do As our HR Administrator, you’ll be at the center of all things people-related. A few highlights from your day-to-day: • Data Dynamo – Enter and maintain employee information in systems like Dayforce and training trackers with precision and care. • Master of Order – File and maintain accurate personnel records and HR documents (and yes, you’ll make it look easy). • Employee Go-To – Be the first friendly face (or email) employees see when they have a question, and guide them to the right info fast. • Onboarding Extraordinaire – Help new hires feel at home by coordinating orientation sessions, confirming hires, and updating HRIS systems. • Union Liaison – Partner with union reps to keep application and employee info up-to-date and on point. • Supply Whisperer – Keep the HR department stocked and ready with the right forms, tools, and good vibes. Qualifications: What You Bring We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts people-person and detail detective. Here’s what makes you a perfect fit: • Friendly, collaborative, and always ready to lend a hand. • Super organized with a laser-sharp eye for detail (typos and inconsistencies don’t stand a chance). • Time management skills that would make a calendar jealous. • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems. • 1–2 years of HR experience, plus an associate degree or equivalent work experience. • Comfortable solving problems, thinking on your feet, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Nitty-Gritty • Must be comfortable in both an office and production facility setting. • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs and work in cooler environments. • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
