We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources director to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and training; play a key role in strategic planning and business administration; and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Responsibilities: • Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Lead a Team of HR professionals to support the Bedrosians Organization. Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that align with our company's goals. Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure we attract, onboard, and retain top talent. Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training and development needs, enhancing employee skills and career growth opportunities. Qualifications: • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills • Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field • 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position Over 5 years of Human Resource Supervisory experience. Professional in HR (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification or similar organization. Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
