Qualifications: Required • 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Administrator (law firm experience preferred). • Solid understanding of HR law, best practices, compensation, and performance management. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, and CLIO. Preferred • Graduate degree and/or HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CLM). • Paralegal certification. Skills and Abilities • Strong communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, judgment, and discretion. • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
