    This role has an expected start date of Dec 1, 2025 Are you an HRIS expert passionate about bringing great change and stability to a growing company? Join our dynamic team as an HRIS and Hiring Manager and take ownership of our entire employee lifecycle. As a fully remote position, you'll provide critical support to our hotels across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, navigating different time zones to ensure seamless operations. This is a unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise and compliance knowledge in a role that directly impacts our company's success. UKG PRO and UKG WFM configuration experience is required as part of this role. 50% travel ability requirement. Responsibilities: • HRIS & System Management: Become the ultimate expert for all our UKG modules, including UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and more. You'll administer, configure, and optimize the entire system, managing everything from security access to process workflows. You’ll be the go-to person for system issues, working closely with payroll, benefits, and accounting to keep our platforms running smoothly. • Hiring & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment and onboarding cycle/modules within UKG. You'll process "in-progress" hires, monitor the launch onboarding links, and send offer letters, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all new hires. • Compliance & Training: Be our company's expert on I-9 and E-Verify compliance. You'll guide our General Managers through complex issues like Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC) cases and develop training materials (SOPs, guides, videos) to ensure everyone is following the rules. • Travel & On-Site Support: This role requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time for company meetings, on-site support, and systems training for newly onboarded hotels across all three countries of operation. Qualifications: • A seasoned HRIS professional with a strong background in UKG Pro and UKG WFM. Experience with UKG PRO, WFM, and the configuration of the system is a requirement. • An expert in I-9 and E-Verify compliance with a proven ability to manage TNC cases. • A natural problem-solver with excellent technical and communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred, given the company’s operation in Mexico. • You have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within and outside of the United States. Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 yearly

    $75,000-$85,000 per year
