We are currently looking for a qualified candidate for the position of AV Support Staff.

The responsibilities of the role include:

AV Technical Duties

Carry out quality control procedures on LED video equipment and accessories in a safe manner.

Performing inventory management on LED equipment, wiring, and accessories.

Carrying out any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs on audiovisual equipment.

Setting up LED wall and uploading video content at live events or tradeshows when scheduled.

Prepare quality control report as required.

Follow quality control standards and carry out quality control procedures.

Warehousing/Inventory Management Duties

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

2. Receive, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.

3. Assist the warehouse manager to process orders for delivery or pickup according to schedules.

4. Perform warehouse inventory controls and support the quality control processes.

5. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

6. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment as may be required.

Requirements

Excellent computer and troubleshooting skills are required.

Prior AV technical and warehouse experience is required

Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility.

Ability to carry out audio visual equipment quality control testing and procedures

Proficiency in inventory software, should be computer literate.

Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to lift heavy objects.

Current forklift licence

High school diploma

Background check is required.
