    Position Overview

    We are seeking a talented HubSpot & WordPress Development Specialist who will serve as the technical bridge between our clients and their digital marketing goals. This role combines technical expertise with client communication skills to deliver exceptional digital experiences. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs while collaborating with our internal team to implement effective solutions.

    Core Responsibilities Include:

    • HubSpot Development (30%): Architect and build custom HubSpot solutions including property customization, custom objects, advanced workflows, automation sequences, and API integrations. Translate client requirements into technical solutions.
    • WordPress & Web Development (40%): Maintain and enhance client WordPress sites using Elementor, implement design updates, and ensure optimal site performance and security.
    • Client Communication & Support (20%): Serve as a technical resource for clients, respond to inquiries, provide implementation guidance, and resolve support tickets with clear, non-technical explanations.
    • Web Application Development (10%): Contribute to web application projects using modern development stacks (Node.js, React, etc.) as client needs arise.

    Technical Skills Required:

    • Strong proficiency in HubSpot development (CMS Hub, workflows, custom objects)
    • Experience with WordPress and Elementor
    • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    • Familiarity with PHP
    • Experience with GIT version control
    • Working knowledge of responsive design principles
    • 3+ years of professional development experience

    Soft Skills Required:

    • Outstanding client communication abilities, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
    • Active listening skills to understand client needs beyond their initial requests
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple client priorities while maintaining quality
    • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
    • Collaborative approach to working with designers and marketing strategists

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with HubL templating and custom modules
    • Knowledge of AWS Lambda or serverless architecture
    • Familiarity with React, Svelte, or other modern frameworks
    • Experience with Craft CMS or Twig
    • Understanding of SEO best practices
    • Design sensibility and experience with Figma
    • Agency or client-facing experience
