Hubbard Family Swim School provides swim lessons that build confidence and teach water safety skills in a child-centered environment. Our international reputation for excellence in teaching has grown as a result of our passion for teaching and our learn-to-swim techniques. We love teaching and developing every student in our pool. As the face of Hubbard Family Swim School, front desk Employees are required to have a pleasant personality and love interacting with people. Responsible for creating outstanding, long-term positive relationships between HFSS and its customers. Provides personal attention and extraordinary customer service while checking in students, relaying account messages, giving tours, and answering miscellaneous questions. Communicates professionally and patiently with parents, using customer's name whenever possible. Refers families who have any difficulties and/ or concerns to front desk employees. Our front desk provides a high level of customer service by way of personal attention, follow through and detail orientation. Ability to remain calm and efficient during periods of heavy volume at the front desk. Will oversee the lobby for safety and responsible for maintaining the lobby, restrooms and play areas in a clean and orderly manner.

Key Requirements

Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small child up to 50 pounds

Minimum 2 years of high school - must be 16 years or older

Evenings and weekends are required

At least one year experience working with youth or education classes, experience in swimming, youth programs, recreation, working with children or in a related field preferred
